This year we have over 80 individual trader positions in the Main Hall only and we allocate a certain percentage of tables to traders as follows:

Small Press/Creator – 30%

Other Traders – 70%

This is to ensure we get a good mix of traders selling a wide variety of items and we endeavour to support independent authors and those artists selling handmade items.

We are pleased to tell you we have REDUCED our table prices for 2019! There are two types of exhibitor table:

Trader tables

If you buy and sell goods that are not handmade then you must choose a Trader table.

Trader tables are £70 (front) and £10 for an additional backing table. Each front table provides 2 trader passes. So if you bought 2 front tables you would get 4 trader passes and so on up to a maximum of 6 passes.

Small Press/Creator

If you are an artist/author/illustrator OR your goods are ALL handmade you can choose a Small Press/Creator table.

Small Press/Creator tables are £35 (front) and £10 for an additional backing table. Each front table comes with 1 trader pass.

Table size

All tables are 6′ x 2′. If you have a backing table as well as a front table you will have at least 0.85m of space behind you.

How do I purchase tables?

You will need to complete our form and if you are successful you will be sent a direct link to the Exhibitor booking page to complete your booking. This year we have strict quotas on all exhibitor types so we encourage you to apply early to avoid disappointment.

When can I set up?

We have two setup windows:

Friday from 17:00 to 20:00

Saturday from 7.30 to 9.30

All exhibitors must be fully set up by 9:30 on event day.

When is clear down?

Clear down can begin from 17:00 which is when the event closes to the public.

Can I buy extra passes?

You can buy additional exhibitor passes for £10 from the Exhibitor booking page.

Is there Wi-Fi?

There is Wi-Fi for those traders wishing to use card payment devices.

Do I need insurance?

We recommend that all traders have a valid PLI (Public Liability Insurance) with a minimum limit of £3,000,000.

I have booked but can’t attend. What do I do?

We have a no refund policy. If you cannot attend please let us know.

Do you supply table covers/linen?

No, please bring your own table cover/linen. All tables must be covered.

Do I need a parking pass?

No all parking is free and with easy access to the trading hall.

Can charities buy a pitch?

Charities must seek our permission BEFORE applying for tables.

What can I sell?

Any legal UK item that fits into the TV/film/Comic genre. Please keep your table ‘family friendly’ as we will not tolerate any adult or sexually explicit material in full view. All traders must comply with any licensing terms for the items they sell.

You cannot sell:

1) Alcohol.

2) Tobacco, smoking or vaping merchandise.

3) Pirated DVD’s, CD’s or Blu-ray.

4) External charity or organisational or promotional information without our consent.

Are shelves or backing boards allowed?

Yes you can use backing boards and shelves that are no higher than 2.5 metres and that are kept within your pitch area. All traders must ensure all such items are secure and safe.
